Repair

mcare is an authorised service provider for Apple, HMD Nokia, OnePlus, Huawei, and some other brands. We not only repair devices, but also offer many other services related to device repairs such as data backup and recovery, express service and more.

Buyback

When our customer considers that a device no longer meets their needs, we can buy the device back even if it is no longer in working condition. Buyback includes a data security service: mcare takes care of removing all data from the device.

SLA+ (Service Level Agreement)

mcare SLA+ is a fast-track service – including outstanding benefits. For our SLA+ customers, all devices are handled as express repairs. This service model guarantees the continuation of our customers’ business when devices break.

Our mission is to handle every single customer case as well as possible and our customer satisfaction rate is 90%. We service most major mobile device brands and provide all the service needs of even the largest companies and organisations. mcare takes care of logistics responsibly and our customers do not need to order their own transport services for the devices.
